He's been returned three times-once for being too hyper and having too many zoomies, once after surviving a terrifying experience when he was thrown through a wall, and most recently when his owner lost their home. Now he's stuck in the kennel, confused and stressed, not understanding why he keeps losing the people he loves. But the moment he's out of that kennel, it's like flipping a switch. He becomes the sweet, silly, affectionate dog he really is. Rudi has so much love to give. He just needs someone who won't give up on him.
